An Emirates FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round tie between Stourbridge FC and Gateshead FC to be played at the War Memorial Athletic Ground on Saturday, 14th October - kick off 3 pm.

We strongly recommend that supporters purchase their tickets online in advance as we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets on the day.

Turnstiles will open at 1.30 pm.

Please note that segregation will be in operation for this cup tie. Stourbridge fans will have access to the Church End and facilities in this area, plus the side terraces and main seated stand. Gateshead supporters have been allocated the Shed End of the ground.

Stourbridge fans must enter the ground via the Church End turnstiles (opposite Amblecote Church) and Gateshead supporters must enter the ground via the main archway entrance, opposite Vets 4 Pets.

Club memberships, season tickets, flexi-tickets and junior passes are NOT VALID for this fixture. It is ALL PAY.

BOOKING TICKETS

Login to your existing account or set up a new account if you are a first time user of the Stourbridge FC ticket portal. Proceed into match tickets. STOURBRIDGE fans must use the HOME FANS area on the left-hand side and GATESHEAD fans must use the AWAY FANS area on the right when placing your order.

ALL sales involving 12-17-year-old junior tickets must be made via this ticket portal.

Under 12's are required to be accompanied by a paying adult.

If you attempt to login to your account via a mobile phone, please be aware that the first character is sometimes changed to a capital letter on your phone, and this may stop you from being able to login without correcting it.

Select the tickets you require and then click on ADD TO CART.

If you are also purchasing a ticket on the site on behalf of another family member or friend etc., please click on ASSIGN ATTENDEES on the right of your ticket submission, then on the main ASSIGN ATTENDEES page that follows, click on EDIT DETAILS to provide the name of the person using the relative priced ticket in the next sub screen (note that here an account number or a D.O.B. is not mandatory). Just click in the ACCOUNT NUMBER or FIRST NAME box to start to make the change and then add in the surname in the next box.

Once you're happy with this, click on ASSIGN followed by CONFIRM & PAY where you will then have one final chance to check everything is in order before making your credit or debit card payment.

When making a credit or debit card payment, please remember to enter the CVC security code, if indicated, (found on the back of your card) as this may otherwise cause the payment to fail and no tickets sent.

After completing your order/purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email, quickly followed by the tickets on a separate e-mail, both sent from BOX OFFICE.

Print off your ordered match tickets or download the match tickets PDF from BOX OFFICE to your smartphone to be scanned at the turnstiles.

You should receive your tickets within 20 minutes of booking, at most. It is not uncommon for emails to get held up in a queue or diverted to a junk folder, so be sure to check those.

Delays can occasionally occur with Microsoft based accounts - i.e. hotmail.com, outlook.com and live.co.uk email addresses. Adding the delivery email address [email protected] to your contacts will help email servers to see that the email is coming from a known source.

e-tickets are delivered in a PDF file in the ticket delivery email. If you are unable to open the attachment, download Adobe Acrobat Reader and you will be able to open the file.
